How to request a personalised or custom item;

If an item can be personalised, or customise you’ll see add your personalisation message on the listing page. Fill out the requested information and proceed to checkout.

If you don't see add your personalisation message on the listing page, you can contact us by email with your requirements.

Order processing and shipping;  

We offer personalised or custom, made-to-order items through our website and in store. You can request a personalised or custom item from an item listing page on our site.

Returns, refund, and exchange;  

This item is made to your specification and so is excluded from our usual returns and refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Mistakes, changes, and cancellations;  

Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production. We provide an option to amend the details yourself, up to 1 hour after the order has been processed online. You can alter, cancel or change your order detail within one hour by sending an order cancellation request, or amende personalisation detail request via email through your account.

Rush orders and faster delivery options;  

We do offer a next working day delivery service and a guaranteed 1-10 days courier delivery service on some personalised products. Please see the individual product page to find out if the item you’re looking at can be delivered via rush delivery services. Both UK and international rush delivery option is available.
