How to request a personalised or custom item;
If an item can be personalised or customized, you'll see the "add your personalisation" message on the listing page. Fill out the requested information and proceed to checkout. If you don't see the "add your personalization" message on the listing page, you can contact us by email with your requirements.

Order processing and shipping;  
We offer personalised or custom made-to-order items through our website and in-store. You can request a personalised or custom item from an item listing page on our site.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges;  
This item is made to your specifications and is excluded from our standard returns and refund policy. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Mistakes, changes, and cancellations;  
Mistakes happen, and we’ll try our best to amend your order; however, on occasions, we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because your ordered item has already gone into production. We provide an option to amend the details yourself up to one hour after the order has been processed online. You can alter, cancel, or change your order details within one hour by sending an order cancellation request or amending a personalisation detail request via email through your account.

Rush orders and faster delivery options;  
We offer a next-working-day delivery service and a guaranteed 1-10 days courier delivery service on some personalised products. Please see the individual product page to find out if the item you’re looking at can be delivered via rush delivery services. Both UK and international rush delivery options are available.
