Orders from TDH are shipped on business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public and bank holidays. However, we try to avoid shipping on Fridays using certain shipping services to minimise damages that may occur when orders are kept overnight inside delivery vehicles. 

We offer free delivery on selected items in the UK. For other products, we only charge the exact shipping cost.

Orders are dispatched from Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, via Royal Mail, DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx. Large items that require manual handling or two-person deliveries will be shipped using local courier services.

We need your mobile or landline phone number for this purpose. Providing your contact number will enable the courier driver to update you on deliveries. Please note that we are a small family business and do not share your phone numbers with other companies. We respect your privacy as much as we value our own.
