DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE ITEM

We hope you will be happy with your purchase at The Dutch Hospital. However, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case.

If there is an issue with a product on your delivery, please email info@thedutchhospital.com or contact us via the online platform you brought the order through in the first place.

If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will happily exchange them or offer you a refund. If your item is damaged or defective, you can return it through our online return service within 14 days of receipt of the shipment in its original packaging. (Restrictions may apply*).  

All damages must be reported within 3 days. Please photograph any damages and email relevant photographs. All returns, exchanges, and refunds must be agreed upon in writing.

If you receive a damaged or defective personalised or custom item, we will be happy to replace the defective part of the order. However, our usual returns and refund policy excludes all personalised and custom-made items.
