How to Request a Personalised or Custom Item
If an item can be personalised or customised, you’ll see an “Add Your Personalisation” box on the product page. Simply fill in your details and proceed to checkout.
If this option isn’t available, please email us at info@thedutchhospital.com with your requirements.
Order Processing & Shipping
Personalised and custom-made items are available online and in-store. Processing times vary depending on the product, and estimated delivery timelines are listed on each product page.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Personalised and custom-made items are created to your specifications and are excluded from our standard returns and refund policy unless faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Mistakes, Changes & Cancellations
We understand mistakes happen and will do our best to amend your order. However, once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
You may request changes or cancellations within two hours of placing your order by emailing info@thedutchhospital.com or through your account.
Rush Orders & Faster Delivery Options
Select personalised products are eligible for next-working-day or 1–10 day courier delivery. Check the individual product page for availability.
