Backorder Items

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, a backorder allows you to place the order now and receive it once new stock becomes available. Unlike items marked simply “out of stock,” backorder items can still be purchased and have an expected restock date, which may vary depending on the supplier’s stock and may not always be known. Standard out-of-stock items cannot be ordered and may not be restocked.

Backorder processing may take up to 6 weeks, though most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Please note that backorder items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed. Our standard 2-hour cooling-off/cancellation policy applies to all items, including backorders.

In exceptional cases where a customer requests a cancellation after placing a backorder, or cancels due to a change of mind, a cancellation fee may apply, as Shopify payment processing charges are non-refundable. Please note that some items are ordered specifically to fulfil your backorder and cannot be cancelled after the 2-hour cancellation period.
