Shipping – General

We can ship to almost any address worldwide. However, please note that certain products are restricted and cannot be shipped to some international destinations.

When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on item availability and the shipping method you select. Depending on your chosen carrier, estimated delivery dates may also appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many of our products are based on volumetric weight, which reflects the space an item occupies relative to its actual weight. You can find each product’s weight on its detail page. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Occasionally, we may need to contact you after your order is placed to confirm or adjust shipping charges. This may result in an additional fee or a partial refund of overpaid costs.
