Damage and Defective Items

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from The Dutch Hospital, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

If there’s an issue with a product in your delivery, please email info@thedutchhospital.com or contact us via the online platform where you placed your order.

If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re happy to exchange them or offer a refund. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please include clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging when contacting us. All returns, exchanges, and refunds must be agreed upon in writing.

We will cover all postage costs, including return shipping, for damaged or faulty goods.

Personalised and Custom-Made Items
If you receive a damaged or defective personalised or custom-made item, we’ll gladly replace the defective part of your order. However, our standard returns and refund policy does not apply to non-faulty personalised or made-to-order products. These items cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
