Shipping – International

We ship to almost any international address. All orders are dispatched from Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, via Royal Mail, DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx. Larger items requiring manual handling or two-person delivery may be shipped using specialist courier or pallet delivery services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates for many items are based on volumetric weight, which reflects the space an item occupies relative to its actual weight. Each product’s weight is listed on its detail page. In line with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Occasionally, we may contact you after your order is placed to confirm or adjust shipping charges. This could result in a small additional fee or a partial refund of any overpaid costs. Such cases are rare and usually occur with large or heavy items (such as furniture or oversized wall art) or when shipping to certain destinations.

Please note that TDH is responsible only for shipping your order. Customers are responsible for any import-related fees charged by the carrier, including customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.

A mobile or landline number is required to complete your order. This allows couriers to provide delivery updates and coordinate delivery times. As a small family business, we respect your privacy — your contact details are never shared with third parties.
