Backorder Policy

Secure Out-of-Stock Items If a piece is marked for Backorder, you can still complete your purchase to reserve it from our next shipment. Unlike standard "Out of Stock" items, these are confirmed for restocking. While most backorders are delivered within 2–3 weeks, please allow up to 10 weeks for arrival from our specialist suppliers.

Cancellations & Refunds Because backorder items are often requested specifically for you, they are considered final sale and are non-refundable once the order is processed.

  • 2-Hour Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel or amend your order within 2 hours of placement.

  • Post-Window Cancellations: Requests made after the 2-hour window are subject to a cancellation fee, as Shopify payment processing charges are non-recoverable.
