Cancellations Policy

Personalised & Made-to-Order Because our bespoke and personalised pieces are crafted specifically for you, we offer a 2-hour cooling-off window for cancellations. After this period, production begins, and we are unable to accept further changes or cancellations.

Standard Orders

  • Before Dispatch: We move quickly to prepare your order. If you need to cancel, please email info@thedutchhospital.com within 2 hours. Requests made after this window may incur a cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.

  • Backorders: Our backorder policy is firm, as these items are often secured from our suppliers specifically to fulfil your request.

Returns After Delivery: If your order has already been dispatched, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return for a refund.

  • Return Carriage: The buyer is responsible for return postage.

  • Refund Adjustments: We will refund the item cost minus the original delivery charge. For items sent with "Free UK Delivery," the actual postage cost incurred by The Dutch Hospital will be deducted from your final refund to cover the initial transit.

How to Proceed: All cancellation and return requests must be sent in writing to info@thedutchhospital.com with your order number. Please ensure returned goods reach us in their original, pristine condition within 14 days of your request.
