Crafting & Delivery Timelines
Each bespoke piece is prepared to your unique specifications. While select items are eligible for Rush Delivery (Next-Day or 1–10 day courier), most processing times vary by product. Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate delivery estimate.
Amending Your Order
We move quickly to bring your vision to life. If you notice a mistake or wish to cancel, please notify us at info@thedutchhospital.com within 2 hours of placement.
Please Note: Once our artisans begin production after this 2-hour window, we are unable to accept further changes, amendments, or cancellations.
Returns & Exclusions
Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you, they are excluded from our standard return and refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights; should a bespoke item arrive damaged or defective, we will prioritise a replacement for the affected part of your order.
