Jewels of the Earth A desert rose is not a flower; it’s a naturally occurring mineral formation that looks like a rose blossom. It forms when gypsum or barite crystals grow in arid, sandy conditions. The “petals” are actually flattened crystals intergrown with sand.

DETAILS
• White desert roses have a delicate, almost porcelain look. Unlike the more common sand-coloured desert roses, the white ones are purer in colour and often free of iron oxide staining.
• Formation: Forms in dry, sandy areas where mineral-rich water evaporates, leaving crystal clusters behind.
• Composition: Typically gypsum (CaSO₄·2H₂O), which is naturally white or translucent.
• Spiritual & Healing Properties:
Sometimes used in metaphysical practices for energy cleansing or grounding.
• Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may vary in size, shape, and colour. While you’ll receive a similar stone, natural variations make every piece unique.
•Origin:
White gypsum desert roses are commonly found in Oman, Morocco, and parts of the Southwestern United States.

DIMENSIONS
The stone is roughly 25-30 cm (8–11 in) long and 12-15 cm high
