At Dutch Hospital, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, every time.  You will be charged a rate based on volumetric weight. If you are shipping to international, the shipping fee is based upon the dimensional weight or the actual weight, whichever is greater. For both UK and international delivery, all prices will be reflected after you've entered your postcode. 
The remote and extended area surcharge might apply to heavy and oversize shipment that may include customs clearance procedures. We refund on any overpaid shipping cost. 

While we will try to process your order as quickly as possible, please note that  some orders, may require longer delivery times due to the nature of our products and availability. However, if you need faster processing times, please contact us before placing the order via info@thedutchhospital.com or add the note at buyer's checkout when ordering.

Almost all of our products can be shipped within the UK and internationally. However, some restrictions such as weight limit and manual handling requirements apply in some countries.
